Ingredients

Method
- Work the powdered sugar with the softened butter until well combined.
- Add the egg yolks and honey, and mix thoroughly.
- Add the flour, potato starch, and milk powder, then knead into a dough.
- Divide the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Whip the heavy cream with the rum, sugar, and condensed milk until firm.
- Divide the cream into three bowls: one plain (vanilla), one mixed with cocoa powder (chocolate), and one mixed with zabaglione cream (marsala).
- Take the dough, roll it out, and cut into rectangles. Optionally write something fun on them with a toothpick before baking.
- Bake the rectangles until golden.
- Assemble the ice cream by layering the cookie rectangles with the three cream flavors. Serve immediately or freeze.
- Serve and enjoy, perhaps with a Super Santos drink.
