- Place them in a pan with garlic, olive oil, and chili pepper.
- Deglaze with abundant white wine and remove the mussels as soon as they open.
- Prepare the rustic sauce: use the broth from the mussels and add tomato.
- Add bread, a drizzle of oil, and bake for 5 minutes until golden.
- Add plenty of black pepper, then pour the sauce over the mussels and bring to a boil.
- Finish with the crostini and serve.
