A Korean-style burger where rice patties replace bread, filled with sautéed kimchi, tuna salad, and cheese. Easy and fun to make at home.

Ingredients
8 items- 1 bowlRiso Cotto (Ribe o da Sushi)Cooked rice, preferably short-grain or sushi rice
- Alghe TostateA handful, crushed
- 1 tspSesame Oil
- 1 pcsCanned Tuna1 can, drained
- MayonnaiseTo taste
- Black PepperTo taste
- 1 bowlKimchiSautéed
- Formaggio A Fette(optional) — 1 slice, optional
Method
- Mix a bowl of cooked rice with one teaspoon of sesame oil and a handful of crushed toasted seaweed.
- Using a small bowl or ring mold, press the rice mixture into two compact discs.
- Pan-fry the rice discs in a non-stick pan for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- In the same pan, sauté a bowl of kimchi for 5 minutes until slightly caramelized.
- In a separate bowl, mix one can of drained tuna with mayonnaise and black pepper to taste.
- Assemble the burger: place one rice disc, add the sautéed kimchi, then the tuna mixture, and top with a slice of cheese (optional). Close with the second rice disc.
- Serve immediately while warm.
