Ingredients

- 200 gGoat Cheese
- Fresh Thymeto taste
- Chivesto taste
- Prosciutto Crudothin slices, to taste
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Olive Oila drizzle, to taste
- Honeyfor glazing, to taste
- Orange(optional) — zest or juice, for glazing
Method
- Slice the cereal bread into slices.
- Add oil to a pan and toast the bread slices.
- Prepare the goat cheese cream: combine goat cheese, chives, fresh thyme, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of oil and mix.
- In the same pan, add the dried prunes, orange, and honey, cook while removing the pits.
- Assemble the bruschetta: spread the herb goat cheese on the bread, add prosciutto, glazed prunes, finish with fresh thyme and a sprinkle of pepper.
