4 items- 330 mlBirra Weissor Belgian white ale
- 9 gPectinafruit pectin used for jam
- Orange Zestto taste, not too much
- 150 gSugar
Method
- In a tall saucepan, mix beer and pectin.
- Bring to a boil and break the foam.
- Add orange zest and sugar.
- Cook until the right density is reached.
