Ingredients

Method
- Prepare the dough: mix 230 g of all-purpose flour, 100 g of warm water, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Knead with a dough hook or by hand until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for a few minutes.
- Divide the dough into balls and roll out each ball thinly on a floured surface.
- Cook each wrap in a hot pan for about 1 minute per side until bubbles form and it is lightly golden. Set aside.
- Prepare the Aurora sauce: mix mayonnaise, ketchup, smoked paprika, and Tabasco sauce to taste.
- In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and add the shrimp. Sauté with brandy and lemon zest for about 1 minute.
- Assemble the wrap: place arugula leaves, cooked shrimp, and Aurora sauce on a wrap. Sprinkle with smoked paprika. Fold or roll the wrap and serve.
