La storia
Braciola Supernova is a contemporary Italian dish that elevates the traditional braciola—a classic of southern Italian cucina povera—into an extravagant culinary experience. Originating in regions such as Sicily and Campania, braciola typically consists of thin slices of beef or pork rolled around a savory stuffing (often breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, pine nuts, raisins, and pecorino or provolone), then braised in tomato sauce until tender. The "Supernova" variation amplifies this foundation with a more complex filling—sometimes combining multiple cheeses, cured meats, or unexpected aromatics—and a sauce that is richer, deeper, or spiked with chili or wine, creating an explosive depth of flavor. A great version is distinguished by perfectly pounded meat that remains juicy after long simmering, a filling that holds together without drying out, and a sauce that is robust yet balanced, allowing the individual components to shine. Regional variations abound: in Sicily, the filling might include anchovies and capers; in Naples, it may be studded with hard-boiled eggs. A highly acclaimed rendition is served at Puok in Sant’Antimo, Italia, as noted by creator xMurry on ReTubeIt, where the dish has become a signature draw for locals and visitors alike. Whether served as a main course over pasta or alongside crusty bread, Braciola Supernova represents a bold, celebratory take on a beloved Italian classic.

Uno dei fast food più buoni che abbia mai mangiato. I panini erano perfetti — un equilibrio dei sapori e un'originalità clamorosa. Sono veramente contento di essere venuto, anche se mi sono fatto 40 minuti. Il posto è veramente bello.
