AI summary of what 3 dish mentions say about the food
Reviewers rave about the impossibly crispy, juicy nuggets, calling them the star of the menu. The overall vibe is one of unpretentious, indulgent comfort food done right.
“These are four quite large nuggets for €7. The breading is how we like it — nicely toasted, crunchy, but not too much. I open it easily. The inside is nice and full. Delicious. Man, it's good. It absolutely doesn't make you miss a normal chicken nugget. I purposely didn't take any dipping sauces because I wanted to eat it as is. The breading is excellent. If you blindfold me and give me this and a chicken nugget, taste-wise they're the exact same thing. These nuggets are stupendous, very very good.”

Olandese Volante
This has a pea patty steamed and grilled, hollandaise sauce, low-temperature cooked carrots with tamari, thyme, and orange juice, smoked vegan cheese, toasted pumpkin seed crumble with poppy seeds and paprika, and fresh salad. The bread is toasted inside, but maybe they overdid it a bit here — same issue as the first sandwich. The toasting is there, but I'm missing a sauce component, maybe the problem is the amount of bread. The patty is cool — there's a crunchy part from the sunflower seeds that helps the veggie patty. The carrots taste good. Cool. But same problem: too much bread compared to the ingredients inside. The hollandaise sauce — with all these ingredients, I don't perceive it, so it accompanies the bite but not the flavor. I'd balance the bread quantity and the sauces better.

Alghette Fritte
These are little balls of algae with a batter, fried. They're bread-like, like a fried batter with chopped algae inside. Pleasant — they have the consistency and sponginess of a chestnut fritter. They lean a bit sweet, maybe from the batter, but at the end, in the aftertaste, I get a hint of vegetable. I'd make them with more personality. Algae fritters. Good, nice, cute. But nuggets all the way — those were stupendous.
