AI summary of what 3 dish mentions say about the food
The tuna and egg tramezzino is the undisputed star, praised for its perfect balance of creamy filling and soft bread. The overall vibe is one of simple, satisfying perfection, a beloved local spot for an unpretentious, delicious bite.
“The classic one. Tuna and eggs. The other place, Ugo Grill, has a better mayonnaise. Wow! Tuna, tuna, huh? Even though I discovered my favorite sandwich is tuna, spring onions and capers, but let's say if you're not in Veneto and they don't make those wonderful things, a tuna and egg sandwich is the classic that always satisfies and is the best thing to get. The mayonnaise is better there, here it's 20 cents less and anyway a bit fuller. 8 and 8 and we don't upset anyone.”

Tramezzeria 25 aprile offers made-to-order tramezzini with a wide variety of options, including themed ones like those for the local football team. While the freshness and customization are appreciated, the bread quality was a recurring point of criticism, described as 'soppaccioso' (mushy/dense). Some unique combinations like pesto, scamorza, and speck were noted, but not universally loved. Classic options like tuna and egg, or tuna with cipolline and capers, were highlighted as satisfying. Prices were considered reasonable compared to other establishments, though slightly higher than some Veneto options.

I'd change the bread. This bread is a bit too doughy. The sandwich is fresh for obvious reasons. But when you eat it, you can tell the lady was careful about whether to wrap it in plastic or just paper towel because they really care that the bread doesn't get air, that the sandwich doesn't dry out. So it's a Cremona thing.
Tramezzino con pesto genovese, scamorza e speck
Well, here we have much more important ingredients. €3.30 has a better quality-price ratio than the other place, if you ask me. I wouldn't put it together because the consistency between the speck and the pesto is a bit disturbing. Good though. Made on the spot. There's a bit of garlic in it. I personally don't love pesto, unless it's linguine with pesto, green beans and potatoes. That combination I like.
