The Diavola pizza earns rapturous praise for its fiery, perfectly charred crust, while the overall vibe is one of cozy, unpretentious warmth that makes every meal feel like a homecoming.
“I ordered a very simple diavola, so red base, fior di latte, basil, and lots of spicy salami, pepperoni as they say here. Let's taste it. Well, I have to say I like it a lot. Typical Neapolitan dough, so nice puffy, high crust. Slightly charred underneath, just right. You can see they have the peel with holes. The flour doesn't burn too much. Very thin base. A Neapolitan pizza made with all the trimmings, considering we're in Dublin, damn. Good.”

A great pizza spot in a beautiful courtyard, winner of best pizza in Ireland 2023-25 and ranked 16th in Europe — worth breaking the rule of not eating pizza outside Italy.

Taste of Naples
I have to say, looking at it, it's a proper pizza. I ordered a Taste of Naples, white base with friarielli, fior di latte, sausage, and a grating of pecorino on top. I have to say it holds its own. Only note: maybe the dough is a tiny bit chewier than my taste, otherwise it's good. The ingredients are very good.
