I got a simple torta al testo with prosciutto and mozzarella. The prosciutto is excellent, the mozzarella tastes fresh, not the supermarket kind. The dough is made with water, flour and bicarbonate, typical of these parts, also called Grecia. It's very well made, hot. I highly recommend it. I was more satisfied with this one because it has less pretension but turned out better than I thought.
