The black pudding has a jelly-like texture, no strong taste, but really pleasant to eat. The cheese reminds me of Swiss cheese — quite tasty, with that nice strong taste like Maasdamer cheese. The prosciutto is really high quality — you can tell they're not messing around. This platter offers some really delicious and high quality meats. The salami is not bad, but not as good as that prosciutto for sure.

This huge local ravioli is stuffed with minced meat and laid on fermented cabbage. You can see that the meat was not cooked beforehand — it's still pinkish, looks quite juicy and delicious. This was so delicious. That meat inside is nice, relatively juicy, very tasty, very tender. The ravioli outside has its own texture and taste. The sauerkraut is something that is really the star of the show — I think most of the taste comes from the fermented cabbage. This is absolutely delicious, nice and hot, a proper comfort food.
Pork Belly with Crunchy Skin
This beautiful looking pork belly is served with some sauce and a couple of slices of dumpling. It has this amazing looking crunchy skin. This crunchy skin on top is 10 out of 10. It's perfect, delicious, perfectly crunchy, but also the meat, the pork belly, nice, juicy, perfectly roasted. The dumpling absorbs this sauce from the plate and then improves this bite. But again, pork belly out of this world.
