Fileja con Sugo di Carne di Maiale
This is a typical pasta of Calabria, very traditional. Handmade in-house fresh pasta, quite thick, easy to chew. You don't have that al dente bite like with industrial pasta, completely different. The sauce is beautiful, nice chunks of pork with a bite to them, very tasty. The sauce is impeccable, the pork meat breaks apart. It really gets better with each bite. I added Grana Padano cheese and it even improved the taste.
