These lamb cutlets are crispy looking with some roast potatoes. I added some lemon and it already looks like a feast. The lamb chop started to fall apart it's so tender. This just shows that Italian food is not only about pasta or pizza — these lamb chops are a next-level dish. Perfectly cooked lamb, just another perfect popsicle. This was definitely among the two best meals I've had in Rome.
