First thing to arrive after the beer are our soups. This is a clear beef broth with some huge semolina dumplings inside. The dumplings are quite soft, they break very easily. These dumplings completely dissolve in your mouth and the broth is nice, clear, hot and really tasty. Regarding how cold it is outside, this is just a perfect start to any meal.
Wiener Schnitzel (Pork)
I drizzled some lemon on top then took a slice of this Wiener schnitzel. The skin is amazing, so thin and crunchy. The meat is beaten by hammer, nice and thin, but so tasty, really easy to chew, almost melting in my mouth. The skin is the star of the show together with the meat, a perfect combination. It goes quite nice with mayo as well.
