This is a straight potato croquette with an amazing looking skin. It's as perfect as a potato croquette can get. So fine and tasty inside, but the skin is so crunchy. This is definitely one of the best potato croquettes I ever tried.

This pasta is a work of art. The design of the plate is incredible. It smells quite fishy — it's pasta with cod fish, with some green zucchini on top and nice thin spaghetti. This is absolute pasta perfection. The smell of fish is there, but the taste is not really fishy, it's so mild. The cod has been dissolved by cooking. The spaghetti are perfect, al dente but easy to chew, and they absorb all the sauce. I cannot describe how tasty and delicious this is. This is what I like to call happiness in every bite.
