This Capricciosa looks so colorful with all these fresh ingredients on top — prosciutto cotto, boiled eggs, mushrooms, and everything else. The crust is very bubbly but the center is really thin and overloaded with toppings. The dough is very soft and all the ingredients are fresh and very, very tasty. I added some olive oil on the crust as well.
