Crostino con salame e gorgonzola
This is a revisited version of the classic crostino. The gorgonzola is very present, and the mozzarella softens it a bit. The side part is super crunchy. It would go perfectly with a gin and tonic and some spicy salami. It's very good, but it doesn't make me think of Rome because the combination of gorgonzola and salami is unusual for Roman pizza. Still, it works. I prefer the red pizza though.
