AI summary of what 4 dish mentions say about the food

Pasticceria Savia’s arancino al ragù emerges as the unanimous star, a golden orb of crisp rice and hearty meat sauce. The overall vibe is one of rustic, soul-satisfying comfort that feels like a warm Sicilian embrace.

I got the classic one, the ragù one, the pointed one. The breading is thick and crunchy, not soft like the ones I usually find around the world — it's consistent and holds up well. The rice is cooked perfectly, not mushy, and the sauce is flavorful and savory. The cheese is good, and there's a nice piece of meat inside, though I wish there were more than just that one piece. Overall, it's a solid 8/10 — a good arancino, not the best ever, but definitely worth it.
Franchino Er Criminale👍
I went for the classic ragù arancino. The breading is thick and crunchy, not greasy at all — it reminds me of the supplì from Venanzio in Rome, but coarser and even crispier. The rice is cooked perfectly, every grain intact, nothing mushy. The ragù is good but at first I found it a bit lacking in meat texture; then I hit a piece of stewed meat at the bottom and it was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Really delicious. I paid €2.50 for it, and I'd gladly pay that again.

Pasticceria Savia is a traditional spot in Catania, famous for its arancini with tender meat ragù and its flavorful cipolline pastries.

This is a typical Catania rustic pastry filled with onion, cooked ham, and cheese, plus a little touch of tomato. It's piping hot, the pastry is fragrant and stayed crunchy — that's the strong point. The onion is abundant and well-cooked. But I'm getting a slight acidity from the tomato that doesn't quite work with the complexity of the onion filling. I'd be curious to try other versions around town. €2.50, worth it if you love onion.
