These pan fried pork buns are incredible. They have a unique cooking process — they put them in rotating ovens right out front, adding sesame seeds and chives. When you take a bite, a waterfall of juice comes out. The crispy undercarriage is perfect, the meat filling is insane, and the sauce on top is amazing. Hands down some of the best dumplings I've ever had — immediately in my top three. I could put down a hundred of these.

This DIY Chinese bowl is like the Chipotle of Chinese food — you pick your meat and toppings, they stir-fry it, and bring it out in a massive bowl. It's $31, the most expensive item we got. The chili oil at the bottom creates a pool that the rice soaks up. The meat is really good quality, very thin so it dissolves in your mouth. It's not spicy at first, but after 3 minutes your mouth is on fire. Extremely flavorful.
Sweet and Sour Whole Fried Fish
This sweet and sour whole fried fish is $25 and comes with rice. The crispy fish skin is amazing, and the fish itself is juicy from sitting in the sauce. It's a phenomenal combination of sweet and sour. This is my second favorite bite of the entire day. This sauce would transform any dish. At a restaurant in New York City, this dish would easily be $100. Just shows you — venture outside Manhattan and you find incredible food at a much better price. One thing: a lot of bones, so be careful.

They got four massive rotating cast iron skillets that they load these dumplings up. Oh my god, the splash zone there was insane. It's like SeaWorld with these dumplings. Oh my god, these are delicious. The broth in the inside's amazing. You got a nice crunch underneath.

We have a contender right here for the best bite in the mall. The sweet and sour sauce is amazing. It's kind of a unique order to just rip a whole fish at a mall, but you got to take the risk and it's fan off.
