So hot and juicy in the center. Immediately you feel the fatty oiliness on your lips. So much juice — like a balloon of meat juice comes out. The top of the wrapper is really gummy and sticky, the bottom is so crispy. Phenomenal. They're hearty, flavorful, meaty, rich. The pork is fatty which equals a lot of flavor. She cooks it perfectly — golden and crispy but not burnt. One of my favorite things of the day.
