This Käsekrainer is a local famous würstel stuffed with cheese. The outside skin is so nice, very crunchy, hot sausage, and then inside once you bite into it this cheese just bursts. With the bread it was even better because it's more complete, and this mustard has such a beautiful taste.

This bratwürst is something special. There's no cheese inside, only meat, but the taste is so good. There is something special about this taste. Again the skin is quite good, a bit crunchy and then very juicy and tasty inside. Definitely my favorite sausage in Vienna. That skin, thin, crunchy, incredible!

Pork Belly
This succulent looking bacon with a dollop of mustard on top. Actually here there is more meat than the bacon itself. I think this is pork belly and it was perfectly roasted and has that amazing crunch. The skin is so crispy, so crunchy. This is such a beautiful, beautiful meat. This is a proper roast pork with some incredible skin. If I could get only skin I think I would buy only skin and make a sandwich out of it.
