We ordered the signature kebab. This burger is only made here, so think there are two in London where you can find this special sandwich. The meat is blackened with truffle and aioli, and there's plenty of variety. On top, they put this sauce of celeriac and wait, I have to mix it. This is not a sandwich you eat with your hands, but with a fork. The meat is pure, and in this London trip, I'd put it second after Trappola, but definitely better than Gordon Ramsay's. The combination of aioli, truffle, etc., is delicious.
