“I chose a normal slice of margherita with added cooked ham. The dough looks really interesting, and the baking seems okay. I didn't expect it — the dough is truly delightful, light, and a little crunchy, really great stuff. Just a bit too burnt in some spots, and you can taste it a little. There's a decent amount of tomato on the base, the mozzarella seems real and doesn't turn into a piece of rubber after a few minutes. The ham is decent. So it works. You pay by weight: a normal slice and a small bottle of water cost 10.50.”
