AI summary of what 2 dish mentions say about the food

The short rib tacos are the undisputed star, earning unanimous praise for their rich, tender filling. Reviewers describe the overall vibe as a vibrant, no-frills taqueria delivering bold, satisfying flavors.

This taco is not a normal taco — it's a fusion between Korean and Mexican food. The meat is not soft, it's very firm and super flavorful, helped by this Korean salsa called 'paise Korean' I think. It gives it a completely different taste. You can tell it's a taco from the corn tortilla, the flavor, the texture, but then you taste it and it's something completely new. It's not like the tacos I'm used to in Italy. There's a lot of meat inside, with spring onions and lettuce — balanced and good. Exactly what you expect from such a famous place. For $19.50 we got water, a burrito, and two tacos — really cheap for LA.

Koji Tacos offers a unique fusion of Korean and Mexican flavors, particularly with their short rib tacos and a distinctive burrito wrap.

    • Short Rib Burrito

I didn't want to get the burrito, but they said it's their most famous dish along with the tacos, so I had to try it. The inside is the same as the taco — maybe a bit more cilantro and meat — but the wrap is not a normal wrap. It tastes like a bao bun. I think it's made with rice flour, not corn or wheat flour. The dough definitely has rice flour. It's really good. There's more meat and ingredients inside, and it's better mixed — I'd give it 10 points over the taco. This burrito drives me crazy. It's one of those burritos that will stay with me for life. If I thought the Kogi taco was good, this burrito makes it look like shit. There's real research in the food — they combined Korean and Mexican flavors to create a perfect mix. I personally loved it a lot.
