AI summary of what 4 dish mentions say about the food

Reviewers rave about the Romaffamata, a standout tuna baking dish, praising its rich, rustic flavors. The overall vibe is warm, comforting, and authentically Italian.

This is basically a Smash Burger inside, and it's seasoned like a cheeseburger: cheese, bacon, a smash burger made of tuna, burger sauce, pickles, and onion. Very good too, but here you lose a bit of the fish flavour. Still, it would be a great remedy. We paid €9 for it. It has all the crust and is well made from a technical point of view. I've eaten much worse meat burgers.

    • Kebab di Polpo

It's a real kebab, but I'd say the first negative point is that it should be closed like a real kebab so you can unroll it and eat it holding the bottom part, because like this it's a bit uncomfortable. The first part is empty, then it's nice and spicy, very spicy, and there's cabbage which is really right inside kebabs in general because staying crunchy it gives some consistency. I still haven't gotten to taste the octopus — it's very delicate, very very delicate. The octopus doesn't come through much, it's covered by all the mix of ingredients, then at the end you get a whiff of sea, a hit of sea, you feel it's not meat, but honestly it's a bit delicate. I expected a more prorompente octopus flavour.

    • Hot Dog di Tonno e Orata

We have a bread called pane Martens, the typical hot dog bread, very white, and inside there's maionese picots, sweet and sour gherkin, a sausage made of tuna and sea bream grilled, and bacon. The bacon is incredible, it's crunchy. The cheese is a delicate cheese, I hope it goes well — I've never eaten cheese and fish together, but in this case it's amazing. It's as if they reproduced the texture of meat but you taste the tuna and sea bream, much more prorompente than the kebab. The spicing around it works, the bacon saltiness is very good. Maybe the bread doesn't drive me crazy because it adapts too much to the hands, it becomes like an ergonomic handle. That touch of acid makes everything fresh. This is really worth it.

    • Supplì Cacio e Pepe al Ragù di Polpo Ubriaco

It's a supplì cacio e pepe with ragù of drunk octopus, so octopus cooked in wine. The smell is exactly of cacio e pepe, and inside there's a sabotta of wine, really wine. It's more like a mini arancino. Really good, but the rice is a bit behind in cooking. The frying is well done, really satisfying. We paid €3.90.
