AI summary of what 3 dish mentions say about the food

The Bellini is the undisputed star, a flawless, iconic sip that defines the experience. Overall, the food vibe is one of timeless, elegant simplicity, executed with quiet mastery.

This is the birthplace of the carpaccio and the Bellini cocktail. This establishment has been a watering hole and dining place for an endless list of prominent writers, musicians, film stars, and royalty. It's the kind of place you need to reserve well in advance, but despite all this, it's a very modest setting, crowded, loud, and filled with very interesting characters. If you come here to eat, expect an experience that is sadly becoming more and more rare in our modern culinary scene — plates mounted at your table, waiters in white tuxedos. It's something out of an Ernest Hemingway novel.

Carpaccio was invented at Harry's Bar in the 1960s by Giuseppe Cipriani for one of his esteemed guests, Countess Amalia Nani Mocenigo. I'll make a dedicated video about its history. For now, I'd say reserve in advance and head there at night. Sit at the bar, have a Bellini cocktail (which they also invented there), then once seated at the table, order the carpaccio — very thinly sliced pieces of very delicate beef, slightly seasoned with a beautiful artistic drizzle of in-house mayonnaise. It's a really great experience, tasting one of Venice's most legendary dishes in one of Venice's most legendary restaurants.
