Reviewers rave about the signature Doubles, a flawless, pillowy-soft street food staple. The overwhelming vibe is pure, unpretentious joy in every bite.

My first double in Trinidad. Oh. Fair to say the most popular street food in Trinidad? It is for sure the most popular food period in Trinidad. I've been waiting to come here just for that and it's worth it. Man, that's so good. They make it hot and fresh. They have all these sauces and everything. The barra is freshly fried, very fluffy and nice. The chana — the chickpeas — are seasoned well. It's got a little bit of sweetness from the sweet sauce, which is tamarind infused with a little bit of spice. It's definitely sloppy, but that's the way it's supposed to be. It's spicy — a delayed release. Really pleasantly surprised.
