I got the Involtini Siciliana — a pork skewer stuffed with ham and cheese, breaded and grilled, with tomato and onion slices in between. The pork has a nice strong taste, quite tender and soft, the ham and cheese improve everything. The outside skin is a little crunchy but overall soft, very easy to eat. The caponata on the side is served cold, perfectly made — eggplant soft, celery crunchy, olives firm. This was an amazing dinner.
