Wow, that is insanely rich and everything just melts in your mouth. The eggplant is one with the yogurt, just totally blends in, and then the meat is so soft and tender, it just collapses totally in your mouth. That warm comforting yogurt and butter is calorie rich and extreme flavor. The butter is so flavorful as well. That is unbelievably rich, so flavorful. I love it with that eggplant — messy and happy. Another outstanding way to make use of lamb in a kebab but in a totally different way than anything I've ever had.
