We started out with the wagyu which is cured for 7 months. The fat marbling on this meat was just like something from a dream. Sliced incredibly thin and served with crystal bread. This was €45. I meant it when I said it was expensive. But it melts on your tongue. Like those Listerine tabs that dissolve in your mouth? This is like that but makes your mouth smell of meat.
