“I made it myself: single cheeseburger with bacon, onion, ketchup, and mustard. It costs $13, super classic. It looks like the late-night sandwich you get from a street vendor. The ingredients are top-notch, but I think they forgot the bacon. The onion is good, the cheese is good, the bun is decent, but the meat is dry — I can say it. It's good, it's still a high-quality burger, but compared to the others it's a bit lower. This is considered a cornerstone of the burger world. The combo of onion and mustard is great, but you can see the meat is very dry even though we ordered it medium. The bun seems a bit like sandwich bread. So it ranks low: good, but we need to work on it.”
