Best place in San Sebastián I've tried so far — hands down. The hat-trick of risotto, oreja, and salmorejo is winning. If you come here and don't visit, don't tell me I didn't warn you.

These are calamari ravioli with their ink. It's a sort of squid ink bechamel. Very greedy. I came back with the risotto which, specifically, is risoni and, they call it kebab, in my opinion it is a pork rib that will make Giano fall in love. What a bomb this too.
