Big Lou's Pizza

“This pizza is huge — 42 inches, 15 kg. The style is New York slice. The crust is unevenly cooked, some parts are more burnt, but I like the burnt bits, they're pleasant. The pepperoni tastes more like salami than actual pepperoni. It's a bit salty in parts, but overall it's actually very good in spots. I expected worse. We're four people and we almost finished it — 18 slices each would be too much, but we managed. It cost $94 plus tip, so around $110 total. Definitely a cool experience, historic because it was on Man vs. Food.”
