- We got upgraded to a pool villa — 110 square meters with a balcony, table and chairs, two sun loungers overlooking a massive pool that only villa guests can use. The room has a big bed, lounge area with sofa, desk, fridge, coffee machine, and a bathroom with double sink and branded Burgon & Ball soap.
Facilities
- They have two pools — one with a giant inflatable assault course that kept Finny entertained all day, plus a pool bar. The spa is one of the nicest I've been to in a hotel — Finley got his first aroma massage and I got one too, super relaxing. There's also an Italian restaurant on the beach.
Location
- It's a little bit out of town — about 30 minutes to Tanya's restaurant and probably 15 minutes into Hua Hin town center. You'll need your own transport, whether Grab taxi or car. It wasn't a problem for us since we had a minivan for our road trip.

- The hotel is absolutely beautiful — I love Avani Plus hotels and there's always a certain level of quality. Even standard rooms have the same pillows, shower, and level of quality. It's a premium brand but not too over the top.
