Ingredients
7 items- 200 gCherry Tomatoes
- 100 gFeta
- Saltto taste
- Oreganoto taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oilto taste
- 1 pcsPuff Pastryrectangular
- Egg Whiteto taste
Method
- Cut 200g of cherry tomatoes and let them drain in a colander.
- Cut 100g of feta cheese.
- Combine the feta and cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
- Season with salt, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil to taste. Mix.
- Unroll a rectangular puff pastry sheet.
- Place the filling in the center of the pastry.
- Make 4 diagonal cuts on the two short sides.
- Make some herringbone cuts on the long sides.
- Remove the excess puff pastry.
- Fold the top flap of pastry over the filling.
- Braid half of the side strips over the filling.
- Fold the bottom flap over.
- Fold the remaining flaps and remove excess pastry.
- Brush with beaten egg white to taste.
- Sprinkle with oregano to taste.
- Bake in a static oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve.
