A savory cake made without a scale using a yogurt jar as a measure. Filled with cheese, salami, and herbs, it's perfect for an aperitif or as a snack.

Method
- Pour the yogurt into a large bowl. Use plain whole unsweetened yogurt; the yogurt jar will be your measuring cup for all other ingredients.
- Add one jar (same amount as the yogurt) of grated Grana Padano cheese and start mixing with an electric mixer.
- Add the egg yolks, a pinch of salt, and one jar of seed oil. Mix well.
- Add two jars of flour and one jar of starch. Continue mixing.
- Add the instant yeast for savory preparations (about one packet, equivalent to one jar volume).
- Gradually add one jar of milk while mixing.
- Set the batter aside. Prepare the filling: cut provola cheese into small cubes, cut salame into cubes, and chop fresh thyme and marjoram.
- Fold the chopped herbs and the cubed cheese and salame into the batter.
- In a separate clean bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the egg whites into the batter: first one third vigorously, then the rest gently.
- Transfer the mixture into a cake pan lined with parchment paper (or into a muffin pan for individual portions).
- Bake in a static oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes, until golden.
- Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
