Coconut Snowball Truffles

Method

1. In a bowl, combine ricotta and icing sugar and mix well.
2. Add shredded coconut and mix until a dough forms.
3. Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it in your palm.
4. Using a piping bag, place a small amount of Nutella in the center.
5. Close the dough around the filling and roll into a ball.
6. Roll the ball in shredded coconut until coated.
7. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
