Special popcorn with salted ricotta and black pepper, a crunchy and savory snack.
Method
- Heat a pan with a drop of extra virgin olive oil.
- Add the popcorn kernels and cover with a lid.
- Wait for the kernels to pop completely.
- Once popped, transfer the popcorn to a bowl.
- Grate the salted ricotta over the hot popcorn.
- Add freshly ground black pepper to taste and serve.
