Ingredients

- 140 gSugar
- 100 mlSunflower Oil
- 3 pcsEggs
- 16 gBaking Powder
- Salta pinch
- 250 gFlour
- Powdered Sugar(optional) — for decoration
Method
- Peel the oranges and blend the pulp.
- Add eggs, sugar, and sunflower oil; mix with a whisk.
- Add a pinch of salt and sifted flour; mix until smooth.
- Pour into a loaf pan, make a deep cut, and bake for 40 minutes.
- Let cool, then decorate with icing sugar.
