- Slice the zucchini into rounds and grill them.
- Cook the pasta al dente and let it cool.
- Prepare the emulsion: in a container, put oil, basil, lemon, capers, and salt. Blend well.
- Assemble: add the tuna, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, Taggiasca olives, a pinch of salt, and the emulsion to the pasta. Mix well.
