Ingredients
10 items- 10 gPorcini SecchiDried porcini mushrooms
- 2 pcsPotatoesPotatoes, peeled and sliced
- Extra Virgin Olive OilTo taste, for sautéing
- 1 cloveGarlic1 clove
- Black PepperTo taste
- SaltTo taste
- ParsleyTo taste, chopped
- 1 rollRectangular Puff Pastry1 rectangular puff pastry roll, cut in half
- 2 pcsFiletti di BranzinoSea bass fillets
- Sesame SeedsTo taste, for sprinkling
Method
- Soak 10g of dried porcini mushrooms in water for 10 minutes.
- Peel and slice 2 potatoes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté 1 clove of garlic.
- Brown the mushrooms, season with pepper, salt and parsley, cook for 5 minutes and set aside.
- Cut a rectangular puff pastry roll in half.
- Place 2 sea bass fillets on the lower half of the puff pastry, season with salt and pepper.
- Add some potato slices.
- Score the top half of the puff pastry.
- Add the mushrooms.
- Cover with more potato slices.
- Brush the edges of the puff pastry with water.
- Fold the puff pastry to form a parcel and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the surface with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Transfer the parcels to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a static oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
- Serve.
